Marcus was absolutely the most friendly and helpful sales associate I've ever worked with. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. While the car buying process is a lengthy one, I can't imagine it being an easier one, and we got a GREAT price. Even with that, when we made a lower bid, he was polite and professional and took our offer seriously. The level of service and professionalism, especially after the shoddy service we received at a competing local Chrysler dealer, was very refreshing. Baker will be our first stop for our next vehicle purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a Certified Used 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from BCJD. The experience begins being greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk staff and extends to a smile or hello from each of the employees who walk by you. The atmosphere in the dealer showroom is relaxed and the environment is clean and comfortable; Even the coffee is excellent.

 Jennifer and Nick are as professional a team as you will find in the auto sales business. They were consistent and knowledgeable throughout the entire process as my search began with an online inquiry 2 weeks prior to finally getting to BCJD and concluded within 4 hours of entering the showroom. They know their product extremely well and proceed with assisting you in the buying process with an absolutely no pressure approach. Their greatest attribute is how comfortable they make you feel throughout the experience. This is my third Jeep Wrangler from 3 different dealers. I can assure you Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge has earned my loyalty as a customer and my next Jeep vehicle purchase will be with them.

Went into Baker Jeep looking for a 2007 Wrangler, came out with a 2010 Wrangler that was still in my price range and i couldn't be happier. The service was excellent and it was overall a great experience. My salesman Marcus was very knowlegible and got us in and out of the dealership very quickly.

I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A RECALL AND HAD NOT DONE SERVICE FOR A WHILE THE AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEEDED A TON OF WORK AND THE GUYS AT BAKER MADE MY CAR LIKE NEW AGAIN THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING DREW TOOK ME OUT AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND TOOK PICTURE SO I COULD SEND THEM TO MY HUSBAND WHILE I WAITED MY HUSBAND GAVE THE OK AND THEY GOT ME A RIDE HOME AFTER COMPLETING THE CAR THEY WASHED IT AND HAD ME PICKED UP A COUPLE DAYS LATER THE SERVICE MANAGER ED MOFFETT CALLED ME AND THANKED ME FOR MY BUISSNESS AND AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT COULD HELP MAKE ME EVEN HAPPIER THEN I ALREADY WAS ITS AMAZING THERE ARE STILL DEALERS OUT THERE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS DREW ED AND RICK WHO PULLED MY CAR UP FOR ME SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN ARE THE BEST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAR

I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had at Baker Jeep. I was really picky about getting a specific color and options, and Marcus and the sales staff did everything in their power to match me with the PERFECT car. All of my questions were answered and none of the staff were pushy at all. Best of all, it didn't take forever. Everyone at this location was friendly and personable. This was my first car buying experience, and it definitely surpassed my expectations. I will continue to do business with Baker and I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership!

Not only is he very knowledgable and professional, but he made it his priority to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Marcus along with the rest of the staff were very prepared and we were in and out of the dealership in no time. An unbelievable experience. I actually purchasd two cars from Sam as my wife and I are looking to start a family. I expected to get hosed but I was shocked at how easy the experience was an how Sam and his team worked so hard to hit my budget given all of my demands!

I walked in Saturday afternoon and walked out with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Every question I had was answered promptly and (I believe) honestly. The tempo of the sales process was exactly what I wanted, despite the dealership being very busy. I suspect this is due to the way the floor team worked and interacted AS A TEAM. It was clear that everyone was communicating and up-to-speed enough on where I was in my buying process to be able to effectively jump in when needed. Very happy.
